If you purchased a product on dossaudio.com and feel that it just isn't right for you, please use the return process at Return & Refunds.

 

  1. Do I need to pay the return shipping charge?

No, you just need to send the item using the return label we provide.

 

  1. What is the Free-Return period?

If you purchased an item on dossaudio.com and want to return it for a refund, you may do so within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

 

  1. How does the return process work?
  2. Please initiate an online return through Return & Refunds.
  3. Once a successful return ticket is created, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions on how to complete your return.
  4. Please place your item with all its original parts and in its original packaging into the shipping box.
  5. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label by email. Please print this out and affix it to your shipping box. Then you may drop off the package at any USPS pick-up location or call USPS to schedule a pick-up at your home address.
  6. Once the returned item arrives back in DOSS’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  7. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your item is received back in the warehouse, it typically takes 1-2 days for PayPal or, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10-14 days to process a return and issue a refund. We appreciate your patience.

  10. How can I get my item returned if I purchased from a third party?

If you purchased your item through an authorized third party (for example, eBay), you must return your product to that store.

  11. What if I am outside the 30-day window?

If your item is defective but out of the 30-day refund period, please don’t hesitate to contact customer support at support@dossav.com or call 833-275-3677 for help.
